In 2005, like many other companies, ZINCASTLE struggled with how to measure the success and benefits of conducting business by referral. Existing contact management and CRM applications did not produce information that coincided with the referral processes taught by Referral Institute. So, working closely with Referral Institute to identify the key components of referral marketing, ZINCASTLE developed a tool that has evolved into Relate2Profit.com.
Relate2Profit.com is still a work in progress. The foundation for tracking and measuring referral-based business is in place and ZINCASTLE is committed to providing additional features and improvements based on our strong relationship with Referral Institute and on recommendations from our subscribers.
ZINCASTLE Software Systems, Inc. was founded in 2001 and has always operated "by referral".
Mike Zinni, President and Owner of ZINCASTLE was introduced to BNI in 2001 and immediately embraced the "by referral" process and it's core values of trust and giving as the right business model for ZINCASTLE. Mike is an active participant in BNI; holding leadership positions, absorbing the culture and participating in all of the training available through both BNI and Referral Institute.
Our commitment to the "by referral" process is demonstrated by encouraging every developer at ZINCASTLE to participate in BNI and Referral Institute programs. The ability to give and receive referrals is obviously the driving force behind our participation, but additionally, we believe in an educational process that allows each developer to obtain a clear understanding of how ZINCASTLE conducts business.
